• Non-profit Companies (NPC) (Section 21 Company) Fee R795.00 for a company with minimum 3 directors (more than 7 directors, additional R150.00/director)
• Non-profit Companies (NPC) (Section 21 Company) Fee R1 195.00 for a company with only 3 directors and members (more than 5 members, additional R150.00/member)

A company incorporated for public benefit or other object relating to one or more cultural or social activities, or communal or group interests; and The income and property of which are not distributable to its incorporators, members, directors, officers or persons related to any of them.
